1. Information We Collect
Contact form submissions
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), service interest (optional), and message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any marketing list.
Usage data (Google Analytics)
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, time on page, referral source, device type, and approximate geographic location. This data is processed by Google LLC. reCAPTCHA
Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to detect automated submissions. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google for analysis. This service is governed by Google's Privacy Policy (opens in new tab) and Terms of Service (opens in new tab).
Vercel Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to collect aggregate, anonymized traffic data. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies or persistent identifiers and does not require consent.
Email delivery
Contact form submissions are delivered via Resend. Resend processes the email content (including your name, email address, and message) to route the message. See Resend's Privacy Policy (opens in new tab).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to inquiries submitted via the contact form.
- To understand site usage and improve our content (Google Analytics, with consent).
- To protect the contact form from automated abuse (reCAPTCHA).
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers described above — Google (Analytics, reCAPTCHA), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and Resend (email delivery) — strictly for the purposes stated in this policy. Each provider maintains their own privacy policy.
4. Cookies
Google Analytics uses cookies to track site usage. These cookies are only set if you consent via the cookie banner at the bottom of our site. Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies as part of Google's fraud detection process. You can decline analytics cookies via the banner; declining does not affect site functionality.
5. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for standard business record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at the address below.
6. Your Rights
European users (GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@kiltercloud.com.
California users (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information.
